Please be aware that the elevator in the building stops at the mezzanine level, requiring you to climb 5 steps to reach the apartment.

As noted, the building elevator does not reach the apartment floor directly, stopping instead at the mezzanine level, from which 5 steps lead up to the entrance of the apartment. Guests are kindly asked to take this into account when planning their stay, particularly if travelling with heavy luggage or if mobility is a concern.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
