The second upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, has one double bedroom with sloping ceilings and a separate toilet, and two more double bedrooms with sloping ceilings. This level also has a separate toilet.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
