The apartment accommodates a maximum capacity of 14 guests and features 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all furnished in a simple and practical style that prioritizes comfort and functionality.
The living area includes a dining nook and opens onto one of the 2 balconies available throughout the property, both of which are equipped with balcony furniture. The first double bedroom includes a hand-basin and shower and has direct access to a balcony. The second double bedroom is equally appointed with a hand-basin and shower and also exits to a balcony. A third room offers 1 single bed and 1 double bed along with a hand-basin and balcony access. A fourth room contains 1 double bed, 1 folding bed, and a hand-basin, also with exit to a balcony. The fifth room features 1 double bed and a hand-basin with balcony access, and the sixth room is similarly configured with 1 double bed and a hand-basin, also opening onto a balcony. The bathroom facilities include a shower room and 2 separate WCs. The large kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a dining table with radio, making it well suited for group stays. Please note that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all housing units will be available for use.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
