On the main level, the apartment features a beautifully furnished living room with access to the balcony, 1 room with 1 double bed and its own exit to the balcony, and 1 room with 2 beds also opening onto the balcony. The kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and includes a dining table, with a further exit to the balcony. The bathroom on this level comprises a shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin. Underfloor heating is installed throughout this floor.
On the lower ground floor, the apartment offers 2 double bedrooms alongside a combined kitchen and living room area. A shower and WC are available on this level as well. The lower ground floor features wooden floors and a balcony with a panoramic view, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests staying in this part of the property.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
