Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying, not all housing units within the property will be available for use, and the total number of occupants may never exceed the stated maximum capacity regardless of the sleeping options present.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
