The kitchen and living room on this level is fully equipped and features a dining table along with a satellite TV, making it an inviting space for both meals and relaxation. This floor also includes a shower room, a combined shower and WC, and a separate WC, providing 3 well-appointed bathrooms in total for the comfort of all guests. On the lower ground floor, a third bedroom offers a more private retreat, furnished with 1 double bed and complemented by a hand-basin and shower. This room opens directly onto the garden and benefits from its own balcony. Please be aware that this double bedroom is situated outside the main apartment, and there is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors.
