The third room on this floor is a double bedroom offering 1 single bed (90 cm wide, 200 cm long) and 1 double bed. A shower and WC serve this floor. On the second upper floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, each with its own private shower and WC. An additional room on this floor features 1 French bed (140 cm wide, 200 cm long). The property has a total of 4 bathrooms distributed across the floors. A large kitchen and living room is also present, complete with a dining table, and the entire space benefits from carpet flooring. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
