"Lux" is a beautifully renovated 5-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering approximately 120 m2 of living space and accommodating a maximum of 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property was fully renovated in 2015 and features elegant parquet floors throughout, lending the interior a warm and refined character.

On the ground floor, you will find a living and sleeping room furnished with 1 double sofabed and a satellite TV, with direct access to one of the 2 balconies. A separate living and dining room provides additional communal space, complete with a dining table, a dining nook, and a second satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table and benefits from direct access to the main living areas. A bathroom and a separate WC complete the ground floor facilities.

On the upper floor, 3 private bedrooms are arranged to ensure comfort and privacy. The first bedroom features 1 double bed and a hand-basin, with direct access to a balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed and also opens onto a balcony. The third bedroom offers 1 double bed and is served by a shower room with WC. Outdoor living is equally well appointed, with 2 balconies and a terrace furnished with terrace furniture, creating inviting spaces to enjoy the beautiful countryside surroundings.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
