It is important to note that the apartment forms part of 2 adjoining separate apartments, and there is an additional kitchen available within this arrangement.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
