In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19. Hübsches Häuschen, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wohlfühlen pur. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten und haben uns bestens erholt. Alles da, was man für einen Urlaub braucht :) Besonders die Betten möchte ich hervorheben, die Matratzen waren wunderbar, nicht durchgelegen, ich hab selten so gut geschlafen und mein Partner ebenfalls. Volle Punktzahl und wenn es ginge, gerne noch ein paar Sterne mehr!

Everything you need for a holiday is there :) I would especially like to mention the beds, the mattresses were wonderful, not sagging, I have rarely slept so well and so has my partner.
