"Clara R" is a beautifully appointed 6-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering approximately 130 m2 of living space and accommodating a maximum of 8 guests across 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

On the upper floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining area complete with an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, creating a warm and convivial atmosphere for shared meals and relaxed evenings. From this floor, you have direct access to 1 of the 2 terraces, which is partly covered. A well-equipped kitchen is also located on this level, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with a direct exit to the swimming pool. This floor also includes 1 room with 1 bed and a bathroom with bath and WC. A second terrace, also partly covered, provides additional outdoor space from this level.

On the second upper floor, you will find 4 further bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms each feature 2 beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and both are equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. A third double bedroom on this floor also offers 2 beds of the same dimensions, while a fourth room features 1 bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bathroom on this floor includes a shower, a WC, and a double hand-basin. Exits to the terrace are accessible from this level as well.

In the kitchen, you will benefit from a dishwasher and a microwave, complementing the full range of cooking appliances available. For climate comfort, air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms on the second upper floor, and heating is available through forced-air systems in those same rooms, as well as through an electric heater in the living area, though please be aware that heating is not available in all rooms of the property. Entertainment is well catered for, with a satellite TV and a digital TV available in the living area, along with a DVD player. A washing machine is provided for your convenience during longer stays. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
