The kitchen area, referred to as a kitchenette, comes with a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
