- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Location très correcte,rapport qualité prix de la location également. Le coup des services est presque aussi cher que celui de la location, rien n'est laissé dans la location,c'est un peu dommage,l'impression d'avoir trouvé la perle est gâchée...aucun produit ménager, (des pastilles lave vaisselle,éponges,filtres à café, produits d'entretien) le forfait ménage est donc presque imposé puisqu'il n,y a pas d'aspirateur non plus...les matelas sont confortables et la maison très propre.les logements sont bien isolés car bien que mitoyen des 2 côtés,on n'entend pas les voisins. Mais un prix doublé en payant la fin du séjour, pour 400 € la semaine en moyenne saison,nous aurions eu des prestations meilleures ailleurs, puisqu'en plus nous n'utilisons pas les prestations piscine et sauna...

Très bien placée, très bien entretenue, la résidence est aussi très calme et l'accueil très sympathique, même dans les actuelles conditions sanitaires difficiles . C'est la deuxième fois que j'y séjourne et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir.
