On the upper floor, characterized by sloping ceilings, you will discover 1 open room with 2 beds and 1 bathroom, offering a private and restful sleeping space. The property features a total of 1 bathroom and a separate WC, with 1 dedicated bedroom on the upper level in addition to the sleeping arrangements on the ground floor.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
