The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into this level and is fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this floor. The first bedroom on the ground floor features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own bathroom with a double hand-basin, as well as direct access to the terrace.
