The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed between the ground floor and the upper floor to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.

On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is furnished with a dining table and provides direct access to the terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into this level and is fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this floor. The first bedroom on the ground floor features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own bathroom with a double hand-basin, as well as direct access to the terrace.

The upper floor hosts the remaining 2 bedrooms, both characterized by charming sloping ceilings and each offering access to a private balcony. The first upper-floor bedroom includes a dressing room and is furnished with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
