The remaining 2 bedrooms are each fitted with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and both rooms offer direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and arranged with a bar area, while the property also includes a shower room and 2 separate WCs. A box-room provides additional practical storage space.

The villa is comprehensively equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The fully fitted open kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A washing machine and dryer are also available on the property. For outdoor entertaining, a portable barbecue is provided alongside terrace furniture and 3 deck chairs on the covered terrace. Entertainment is well catered for with a television and satellite TV in the living area. Electric heating is available throughout the villa, ensuring warmth and comfort regardless of the season. Pets are welcome at the property, with a maximum of 2 dogs permitted. Additional facilities include a children's high chair and a baby cot available as an extra. All rooms are equipped with a smoke alarm for the safety of all guests.

The villa is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are welcome to bring a maximum of 2 pets or dogs. The final cleaning of the kitchenette is to be arranged independently by the guests as part of their own arrangements upon departure.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
