On the ground floor, the living and sleeping area serves as the heart of the home, furnished with 1 sofa bed and 1 pull-out bed, a dining table, and a television. An alcove adjacent to this space provides additional sleeping accommodation with 1 set of bunk beds arranged in a 2x2 configuration. A separate kitchenette is also located on this level, equipped with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including the alcove, are situated in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed rooms.

On the upper floor, 2 rooms are available, each offering 2 sleeping facilities, providing a more private resting environment for guests. The bathroom on this floor includes both a bath and a WC, serving as the sole full bathroom of the property. A furnished terrace is accessible from the property, offering an inviting outdoor space for relaxation.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
