"Cap Med" is a charming 3-room vacation rental spanning 55 m2 across 2 levels, situated on the 2nd floor, and designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the main level, a bright and practically furnished living and sleeping area welcomes you with 1 double sofabed, a dining table, and a television, alongside a kitchenette equipped with 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. This floor also features a shower with WC as well as a separate WC. On the upper floor, the sleeping quarters are distributed across 2 dedicated rooms: 1 room fitted with a French bed measuring 160 cm, and 1 room with 2 individual beds. A second shower with WC serves the upper floor. The apartment also benefits from a 10 m2 balcony furnished with outdoor balcony furniture, offering a pleasant outdoor space for relaxation.

The apartment is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. In the kitchen area, a microwave is available alongside the other cooking appliances. The property features electric heating throughout, keeping the space warm and comfortable regardless of the season. A television is provided in the living area for your entertainment. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
