The upper floor hosts 2 dedicated sleeping rooms: the first features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, while the second is equipped with 2 single beds of 80 cm each. Please be aware that in some cases, one of the bedrooms may be located on the ground floor rather than the upper level. The single bathroom, fitted with both a bath and WC as well as a shower and WC, serves all guests throughout the property. A private terrace, furnished with outdoor seating, extends the living space outdoors and provides a pleasant setting to enjoy the surrounding environment.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
