"Bruyères 1" is a beautifully appointed 5-room vacation rental spanning 118 m² across 2 levels, designed with modern and tasteful furnishings throughout. The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed between the ground floor and the upper floor, connected via an exterior staircase. Please be aware that there is no internal connecting door between the floors.

On the ground floor, you will find 1 bedroom furnished with 1 double sofabed and 1 double bed (160 cm), along with a shower and WC, and a cable TV. This room offers direct access to the terrace and to the swimming pool. It is important to note that when the number of occupants does not reach the maximum capacity, this independent ground floor bedroom will be unavailable for use, and in general, when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available.

The upper floor hosts the living and dining area, complete with a dining table and cable TV, with access to the balcony. This level also includes 1 bedroom with 1 french bed (160 cm) and a shower with WC, 1 further bedroom with 1 french bed (160 cm), and 1 bedroom with 2 beds. A fully equipped open kitchen is also located on this floor, featuring an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
