La Corte Di Campalli is located 4 km (2 mi) from San Leonino, Italy and only 17 km (11 mi) from Siena in the tourist area "Siena And Surroundings". La Corte Di Campalli is a lovely holiday home (600 sq m) with private pool and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably in six bedrooms with five bathrooms. There is a golf course nearby if you'd like to get in a round or two while on holiday.

The Experience
This beautiful property belongs to the Campalli estate, a huge farm of 750 acres that produces Chianti Classico wine, and includes the Castle of Campalli. The 360° view from each point on the estate ranges over endless rolling hills, vineyards and olive groves. Guided tours of the estate and the castle, including Tuscan wine tasting, can also be arranged.
Upon arrival you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. After a hectic day of sightseeing, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day. Also available outdoors are a barbecue grill and patio. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 12 people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished patio where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

We had a fabulous week, despite the mixed weather. The property was perfect for the seven of us and was well equipped with table tennis, swimming pool and pool table. Lots of board games as well. Simone’s and her family were friendly and helpful. the bedrooms were comfortable and well looked after with the cleaner coming in on six days out of seven. We will definitely look to go back.

Die Villa befindet sich in einer wunderbaren typischen Toskana Gegend. Objekt ist problemlos erreichbar am Ende über eine unbefestigte Strasse zwischen Reben und Zypressen.
Simonetta ist sehr nett und half uns jederzeit falls Probleme bestanden.

La Corte di Campalli war das beste Ferienhaus, das wir seit vielen Jahren hatten.
Sehr nette und fürsorgliche Vermieterin, super ausgestattet, es wurde fast täglich sauber gemacht, tolle Services wie Koch etc, fantastischer Sonnenuntergang am Pool, geeignet für Familie und Feeunde mit viel Platz. Wir wollen wiederkommen!

The host was incredibly friendly and very helpful even though we didn't realize we needed to all be there for her to check our group in and she came back later in the night. The leasing agency was also very helpful leading up to our stay and was very responsive. The villa itself was beautiful and there was so much space for us to enjoy. We loved walking around the grounds and all the open space between the villas that dotted the hills.

We have had a marvelous stay at wonderful house of the Corte Campalli.
Simonetta, the owner, was extremely attentful.
The house was kept clean every day by an invisible team.We can certainly recommend this facility and their very kind owners.

The villa is perfect for seeing the true Tuscan communities and every minute of the view is memorable. The local village of Castellina is the perfect spot to enjoy and is 10 minutes from the house. The only upgrades we would recommend would be to the mattresses and some larger pots in the kitchen.

We could not recommend this property more highly. The owners are wonderfully gracious and helpful. We have rented several properties in Tuscany and this was the best by far. The grounds are immaculate and the bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. The pictures do not do it justice. It is close to everything, yet far enough from the highway and Autostrada that you feel isolated. Be certain to schedule a dinner with the private chef. She was wonderful!! The wine from the estate is also fantastic. Rent this villa and it will exceed your expectations. It certainly exceeded ours!

Riccardo and Simonette are the homeowners and they are fantastic. The villa was impeccably maintained and the owners were incredibly helpful and friendly. The property is absolutely stunning and we all wanted to take the cook home! If you have the opportunity plan at least one meal in and select from the villa's menu -- you will not be disappointed. This property is centrally located to everything! We day tripped Rome and Venice from our villa via the Italian train and it was simple and easy to get around. The most fun we had however was staying close to the villa and visiting the small towns scattered around the Tuscan region. The views from the home are spectacular and will be definitely be heading back.

One word of caution -- no air conditioning at this villa which is not unusual however when we were there the tempertures exceeded 100 degrees F. There is simply no way to air condition this beautiful property but come prepared to deal with standing fans. Also the road leading to the villa is unpaved and remote so take it slow or you will end up with all kinds of rock dents and dings and make sure you look for the villa in the daylight. You must try the wines of the property as well -- they are special.

This is by far the best place we have stayed in during our visits to Tuscaany. It is wonderfully restored with great views and perfectly located for day trips Siena and Florence. I would highly recommend a home cooked meal...ours was excellent. Simonetta speaks excellent English and is very helpful.

The Villa, it's views and the area were stunning. The villa is up a 2 km untarmaced road so you should be careful if you have a sports car, but there is the advantage of privacy and peaceful surroundings.The hosts could not have done more to make our stay very memorable. We were a family including a 22month old.
