The kitchenette is fitted with 2 hot plates and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for light meal preparation.
Amenities Included
The apartment comes equipped with a washing machine for your convenience during your stay. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 1 pet or dog permitted on the property. The balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture, allowing you to relax and take in the stunning sea views at your leisure. A television is available for hire should you wish to enjoy in-room entertainment. A baby cot suitable for children up to 2 years of age is also available upon request. For your safety, the apartment is fitted with a smoke alarm.

This property is offered by a commercial proprietor in accordance with Art. 155, IV, CGI. The apartment operates under a strict non-smoking policy throughout. Please be aware that there is no heating option available in this accommodation. Final cleaning of the kitchenette is to be arranged independently by the guest, as is the provision of laundry, including bed linen and towels, which are not included in the rental and must be organised on your own arrangement.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
