On the ground level, an open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, and an electric coffee machine opens onto a dining area and leads directly to a 30 m² terrace, where terrace furniture is provided and guests can enjoy sweeping views of both the sea and the city. A shower and WC are also located on this floor.
On the 2nd upper floor, a generous living room is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complemented by a satellite TV and air conditioning. A bath and WC are also found on this level.
The 3rd upper floor houses the 2 bedrooms. The first room contains 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second room offers 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
