The living and dining room serves as a welcoming communal area and includes 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing additional sleeping arrangements for guests. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space, creating a fluid and sociable atmosphere throughout the main area. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a hydro massage bath and WC. A partially roofed terrace of 30 m2 extends from the living area, accessible directly from the main room, and is furnished with terrace furniture for outdoor relaxation and dining.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
