The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and also benefits from direct balcony access. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 beds and enjoys its own exit to the balcony, as does the third bedroom, which is equally furnished with 2 beds. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays. The apartment includes 2 bathrooms: one fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC, and the other with a shower and WC. A generously sized balcony of 18 m2 runs alongside the apartment and is furnished for outdoor relaxation.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
