"Rustica" is a charming 4-room vacation rental apartment of 125 m2, situated on the first floor and designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living room is a welcoming and spacious area that leads directly to the terrace, offering a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm and benefits from air conditioning. The second bedroom also features 1 French bed of 160 cm. The third bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm and is equipped with air conditioning. The dining room is a distinctive space centered around an open-hearth fireplace and is also fitted with air conditioning, creating an atmosphere of warmth and character. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes 2 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, 2 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. The apartment also benefits from 2 large terraces, one of 30 m2 and one of 50 m2, both furnished with terrace furniture for outdoor relaxation and dining.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
