"Vista" is a spacious 4-room vacation rental spanning 125 m2 across 3 levels, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the main level, you will find a welcoming living and dining room featuring 1 sofabed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length, alongside an open kitchen fully equipped with 2 hot plates, an oven, 2 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. This level also includes a shower and WC, as well as direct access to a 14 m2 balcony. On the lower ground floor, 1 bedroom is available with 2 single beds and offers a private exit to a 12 m2 terrace. Please be aware that this double bedroom is located outside the main apartment. On the upper floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms: 1 room furnished with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, and 1 further room with 4 beds. The upper floor also provides access to a 7 m2 balcony and is served by a second shower and WC. Throughout the property, you will enjoy sweeping views of the sea from the various outdoor spaces.
