The property is composed of 2 separate houses rented together as a single unit, with no internal connecting door between them. Across the 2 houses, the ground floor features 2 living and dining areas, each equipped with a sofabed — the first measuring 100 cm in width and 185 cm in length, and the second measuring 100 cm in width and 180 cm in length. Both living and dining areas provide access to a covered terrace of 15 m2 furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs. An open kitchen serves the unit and is shared between the spaces. The property offers a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the upper floor, 2 rooms each contain 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 80 cm width and 200 cm in length. An additional 2 rooms on the upper floor each feature 1 double bed of 2 x 80 cm width and 200 cm in length. All upper floor rooms provide access to balconies, with 2 balconies measuring 15 m2 and 2 further balconies also available, all furnished with balcony furniture. The bathrooms consist of 2 shower and WC units, complemented by 2 separate WCs located independently within the property.
