The living and sleeping area serves as a versatile central space, featuring a sofabed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a dining table, and direct access to the balcony. The first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom offers a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing comfortable and private rest for all guests. The kitchenette is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, making it ideal for preparing meals throughout your stay. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC combined unit. The apartment also benefits from a private entrance, ensuring a sense of exclusivity and independence from the moment of arrival.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
