The second room is generously configured with 1 sofabed measuring 90 cm in width and 180 cm in length, 1 double bed, and a hand-basin, also with access to the balcony. The third room offers 1 single bed, 1 double bed, and a hand-basin, with its own exit to the balcony. The kitchen and living room area is equipped with a dining nook and opens onto the balcony as well, completing the apartment's bright and airy feel. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC, with an additional separate WC available. Throughout the apartment, carpet flooring adds a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
