The upper floor hosts 3 double bedrooms. 1 of these double bedrooms is distinguished by a winter garden and includes 1 double bed, a hand-basin, a shower and WC, and direct access to the garden. The remaining 2 double bedrooms on this floor each feature a hand-basin and a shower and WC.

The second upper floor comprises 3 double bedrooms, each equipped with a hand-basin and a shower and WC, along with access to the balcony. This floor also includes 1 additional room with 1 bed and a hand-basin, as well as 1 further double bedroom. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
