On the ground floor, the kitchen and living room are combined into a single, welcoming space equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dishwasher. A dining table is also present in this area, and direct access to the terrace is available from this level. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. The flooring throughout the property features parquet.

On the top floor, accessible via steep wooden stairs and a ladder through an open floor hatch from the kitchen-living room, there is 1 open room with characterful sloping ceilings. This sleeping area contains 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Please be aware that the staircase leading to this level is steep in nature. Electric heating is provided on this floor, while oil heating serves the ground floor level.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
