The fully equipped kitchen, which includes a new installation since April 2024, is fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and is complemented by a dining table and a tiled stove. From the kitchen and living area, you have direct access to a 10 m2 terrace furnished with outdoor seating. The ground floor also features a shower and WC, as well as a sauna. On the upper floor, 2 rooms with characteristic sloping ceilings provide comfortable sleeping arrangements: the first room is fitted with 1 double bed, while the second room offers 1 sofabed and 1 double bed.
