The 2 bathrooms are configured separately: one features a shower and WC, while the second is appointed with a shower, bidet, and WC, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
