The fully equipped kitchen connects directly to the terrace via a dedicated exit, and a separate WC is also located on this level. The property comprises 2 bedrooms, both situated on the upper floor. The first bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width, while the second bedroom offers a French bed measuring 160 cm in width. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
