"Ar Mimoza" is a beautifully furnished 4-room terraced house spanning 100 m2 across 2 levels, accommodating a maximum capacity of 6 guests. On the ground floor, the property features a spacious living and dining room complete with a dining table, as well as an open kitchen equipped with a small dining table, an oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this level. Direct access from the living area leads out to the terrace, enhancing the sense of space and light throughout the main floor.

The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms, each featuring sloping ceilings that lend the space a charming and characterful atmosphere. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom contains 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom is equipped with 3 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that the bed layout is flexible and that more sleeping options are available than the maximum number of guests permitted, which may under no circumstances be exceeded. The upper floor also includes 1 bathroom with a double hand-basin and a separate WC.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
