A separate bedroom on this floor is equipped with a single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The kitchen is fully appointed and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this floor. On the upper floor, a large bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and this room opens onto an expansive private terrace of 70 m2, offering breathtaking views of the sea, the river, and the port. The shower and WC are located on this upper level, serving as the single bathroom of the property. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and deck chairs, making it an exceptional space for relaxation and enjoying the panoramic scenery.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
