On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms are arranged beneath charming sloping ceilings. 1 of these rooms features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the remaining 2 rooms each contain 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shared bathroom and a separate WC serve the upper floor.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
