On the upper ground floor, you will find the main living and dining area, complete with a dining table and a well-equipped open kitchen featuring a small dining table as well. This floor also includes a bathroom and a separate WC. The lower ground floor offers an additional shower room and a further separate WC, providing a total of 2 bathrooms across the property.

The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms, each featuring sloping ceilings that lend the space a charming and characterful atmosphere. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom contains 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom offers a combination of 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, alongside 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that the bed layout is flexible and that more sleeping options are available than the maximum number of guests permitted, which may however not be exceeded. From the upper ground floor, a direct exit leads to a south-facing terrace of 30 m2, from which a distant view of the sea can be enjoyed.
