The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom also offers 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 140 cm by 190 cm. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The fourth bedroom contains 1 bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the fifth bedroom is furnished with 1 bed measuring 110 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
