On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room complete with a dining table, leading out to a private terrace. An open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this living space. A separate WC is also available on this floor. The upper floor features 2 bedrooms, both with characterful sloping ceilings and elegant parquet floors. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 190 cm and 1 french bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm. The second bedroom contains 1 french bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm. Please note that the bed layout is flexible and that more sleeping options are available than the maximum number of guests permitted, which may however not be exceeded. The upper floor is completed by 1 bathroom with a shower and a separate WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
