On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room complete with a dining table and a range of entertainment options. This space opens directly onto a south-west facing terrace of 20 m2, ideal for outdoor relaxation. Adjacent to the living area is a room with a sliding door housing 1 pull-out bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 190 cm. The open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The ground floor also includes a shower room with a double hand-basin and a separate WC.
The upper floor features an open living room with charming sloping ceilings, also equipped with entertainment facilities, and direct access to a south-west facing balcony with beautiful sea views. This level accommodates 2 additional bedrooms: one with sloping ceilings containing 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and another with sloping ceilings featuring 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Throughout the property, elegant parquet floors add a warm and refined character. Please note that the bed layout is flexible and that more sleeping configurations are available than the maximum occupancy of 5 guests, which may under no circumstances be exceeded.

In the kitchen, you will benefit from a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. Outdoor living is equally well catered for, with a portable barbecue, terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and 2 deck chairs available for your use. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
