"Penn an Aod" is a 4-room semi-detached vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering approximately 75 m2 of bright, tastefully decorated, and cosy living space for up to 5 guests. The property features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, thoughtfully distributed between the ground floor and upper floor to ensure comfort and privacy throughout your stay.

On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room complete with a dining table and a range of entertainment options. This space opens directly onto a south-west facing terrace of 20 m2, ideal for outdoor relaxation. Adjacent to the living area is a room with a sliding door housing 1 pull-out bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 190 cm. The open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The ground floor also includes a shower room with a double hand-basin and a separate WC.

The upper floor features an open living room with charming sloping ceilings, also equipped with entertainment facilities, and direct access to a south-west facing balcony with beautiful sea views. This level accommodates 2 additional bedrooms: one with sloping ceilings containing 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and another with sloping ceilings featuring 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Throughout the property, elegant parquet floors add a warm and refined character. Please note that the bed layout is flexible and that more sleeping configurations are available than the maximum occupancy of 5 guests, which may under no circumstances be exceeded.

Amenities Included

The property is well equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities designed to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. In the kitchen, you will benefit from a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. A washing machine and an iron are also available for your convenience. Electric heating ensures a warm and pleasant atmosphere throughout the property, and both the ground floor living room and the upper floor living area are fitted with a satellite TV, a radio, a CD-player, and a DVD player, offering ample entertainment options. Outdoor living is equally well catered for, with a portable barbecue, terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and 2 deck chairs available for your use. For families travelling with young children, a high chair and a baby cot are provided. A box-room offers additional storage space during your stay.

Towels are not included in the rental and must be arranged independently by guests. The property is strictly non-smoking, and a smoke alarm is installed for the safety of all occupants. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
