The kitchen is open and comes equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and capsules for Senseo and Nespresso coffee machines. There is a separate WC on the main floor. Upstairs, one bedroom has sloping ceilings and a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), another bedroom with sloping ceilings also has a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower, while the third bedroom with sloping ceilings has two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). There is also a bath/WC on the upper floor. The house has electric heating and a partially roofed terrace with furniture, a portable barbecue, and four deck chairs.

Payments And Cancellation Charges

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
