The open kitchen features a dishwasher, a microwave, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything you need to prepare meals with ease. A washing machine is also available for your use. Entertainment is well catered for with a television and satellite TV, both included in the living area. The apartment benefits from electric heating, ensuring a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout your stay. Complimentary WiFi internet access is provided. For families travelling with young children, a high chair and a baby cot are available as an extra. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 1 dog permitted during your stay. For your safety, the property is equipped with a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
