On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and direct access to a 15 m2 terrace as well as a roofed terrace of an additional 15 m2. A fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table is also located on this level. The ground floor further includes 1 bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a shower room with WC.

On the upper floor, a small lounge with characterful sloping ceilings features 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a flat-screen TV with international channels and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom on this floor is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor also offers a bathroom with a double hand-basin and a separate WC.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
