The kitchenette is fully integrated into the ground floor and is equipped with an oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities.

On the upper floor, a room with sloping ceilings accommodates 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
