"La Palangre" is a beautifully appointed 3-room vacation rental apartment of 67 m2, situated on the 4th floor with a south-east facing position that fills the space with natural light and offers a marvellous panoramic view of the sea. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm and features a private shower and WC. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 beds and also benefits from its own shower and WC. The living and dining area is elegantly designed with modern and stylish furnishings, including a dining table, and opens directly onto a generous balcony of 45 m2, where outdoor furniture and 2 deck chairs invite you to relax and take in the sweeping sea views. The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space, completing this refined and functional layout.

In the kitchen, you will find an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for self-catering. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
