The studio features an open-plan living and sleeping room furnished with 1 pull-out bed suitable for 2 persons, measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 190 cm, along with a dining table. A separate alcove with a sliding door provides an additional sleeping area, also equipped with 1 pull-out bed for 2 persons, measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 190 cm. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, the sleeping areas are located in open-plan spaces such as the main living area and the alcove. The bathroom is configured as either a bath with WC or a shower with WC. The studio also benefits from a balcony offering a beautiful view of the mountains.

The kitchenette features 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for meal preparation during your vacation rental. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
