"Les Arbousiers" is a charming 4-room vacation rental apartment of 75 m2, situated on the first floor and designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is elegantly furnished and features a dining table, a television, and air conditioning, with direct access to a south-facing and east-facing balcony of 4 m2 offering beautiful sea views. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with individual air conditioning. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and both are also fitted with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom is accompanied by a separate WC. Guests also have access to a shared garden of 800 m2, a terrace with outdoor furniture, and 4 deck chairs.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
