Also on this level, 1 bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The kitchen is fully appointed with a cooking island and is adjacent to a shower room with a separate WC. On the upper floor, 1 bedroom offers a French bed and direct access to a balcony. A walk-through room provides 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A further bedroom on this floor is furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor is served by a second shower room with a separate WC. Outdoor spaces include a small balcony, a partly roofed terrace furnished with terrace furniture, and views of both the sea and the countryside.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
